It's similar to what I've had at other companies with an HSA. I don't use it too much but it's good to accumulate all those dollars for future, and the flexibility to use them as retirement dollars if not needed for health care.

Best thing is the people and opportunity. Genuinely a great place to work. The worst for me is the the career growth. For someone in an entry level position it can be difficult to break through to a mid/high level job, especially when management does not seem to take career aspirations seriously.
