It is a fight to get claims processed properly a lot of the time. Costs for premiums continue to increase as much, or more, than any wage increases that we receive. While the benefits continue to decrease.

The company have a great health insurance for the employees and the family.

Losing coverage every year. Lots of bills to repay after initial estimate, and months after original bill paid when services were provided by in network medical facilities. Many after the fact surprise bills for x-rays, labs and other common procedures.

Easy to setup and use. I've never had an issue. Also gives opportunity to get money added to paycheck for going to doctors appointments, having a health coach, etc.
