You are eligible for their medical insurance and 401k after 30 days. They also offer a profit-sharing option which maxes out at 8% for Claims Adjustors, which is actually fairly generous. You also earn up to 17 days a year of Personal Time which is their vacation/sick leave, and it rolls to a maximum of around 280 days, so you can bank your time and save it for when you really need/want to use it.
