Benefits at Progressive are hard to beat, matching 401k , 100% for first 6%.
Additionally, there is a profit sharing (gainshare) which is super awesome depending on the rate you're compensated, some roles at a GS rate of 8%, 16%, etc, but as the company profits the multiplier of a MAX of 2.0 is multiplied against the GS rate. Example: if you rate is 8%, and the company has a superior year and the multiple is a 2.0, you will get 16% of your salary in two distributions paid in Dec, & Jan/Feb, minus taxes.
Additionally, if your lucky enough to have a manager who appreciates your work, its very possible a raise, and bonus above can be earned as the do pay for performance.
