Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
The health insurance has expensive premiums and the coverage is OK, not great compared to other large companies of the same size.
Work From Home 100% is not allowed for all positions. Most roles require your spouse to be relocated to another city/state for them to allow you to work 100% remotely.

Worst - Why can you NOT use flexible spending cards rather than the ridiculous reimbursement??? Very frustrating and inconvenient.
Best - Gainshare end of the year bonus, where you get 8% of pay depending upon that year's profits.

The benefits have really been down graded alot from what I have heard from people who have been with company for years.

The Benefits package that Progressive offers has many different options and is a good package overall. The only complaint is the cost of healthcare for a family.

Days off rolled over from year to year, which is nice to be able to save them up. However, if you wanted to use a chunk for an extended trip, management would make it difficult.

401k match is good: gain share nice when company makes money.

Vacation time is incurred very slowly. Most of my coworkers only had about 14 hours of vacation at any given time.

The benefit package is beyond the best talk about joining a complete team and advance as the company does
