Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Work perks flexibility with schedules for the most part.

The best thing would be the great medical benefits and the 401k is vested on day 30

Benefits are great, I wish we started off with more vacation days.

The vacation days were a little low, something like 15-17 when you first start and their system is earned time benefit so you really need to work for your days off and it makes it hard to take any type of vacation within your first year.

Good 401k matching, health coverage went downhill over the years, accrued time off could improve

401k, gainshare and option to telecommuting are the best aspects of the benefits package. The worst thing is time off. The PTO hours are doled out sparingly each month.

Worst: They just increased the deductible to $600. Afterward you pay a copay of %20

I think the best part is that they have it day one. I don't really have a worst part because I love the benefits.
