We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
The health insurance offered by progressive at the time was excellent. I believe blue cross blue shield was the health provider while vision and dental were covered by different carriers. They also matched 401k up to 6% at the time and also offered campus gym membership for only $10 per month which offered all the state of the art machines and trainers/training sessions were also available for an additional fee. I took part in the gym membership and was pleased with the facilities
