Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Vacation time is great, medical insurance deductibles are too high. The 401k match of 6% will keep me here til retirement.

Progressive offers a wide variety of benefits. There is a 401k with a match up to 6% vested immediatley. Most positions offer some kind of bonus structure for additional yearly compensation.

401k plan has a variety of investment options. Work from hope is offered. Health benefits are expensive.

Health insurance was very confusing. My trainer advised me to pick a certain which I felt was better for the company. I honestly think they sway you to pick the coverage that saves the company money, which should tell you what type of company they really are...

These was very little negative about benefits. Matching 401K, Health/Dental/Vision very affordable. Plenty of PTO

Best: End-of-year bonus based on Progressive's annual performance and 401k/Roth 6% match.
Worst: Maternity/Paternity leave is not very flexible. They only provide 60% of the salary.
PS: work from home in IT is only offered at certain levels, otherwise managers can offer some flexibility around it but under very specific cases.

Best: - can receive as a bonus a significant percentage of your salary based on company performance.
Worst - can't think of anything. maybe dental plan could be more comprehensive.
