Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Health insurance was expensive but the benefits and work-life balance were great. Sick time and vacation time are not separate. You earn a certain amount of hours every 2 weeks (based on tenure).

The best thing about Progressive is the benefits package. They do a company match on the 401k, they have several medical plans to choose from to fit each person. They do have gain share which is a nice perk.

401k is amazing, up to 6% of your salary plus the gainshare bonuts that could add up to 16% of your year end salary including overtime and vacation time. top performers get an extra bonus monthly and other really cool perks like better shifts and goodies. the way they approach time off is amazing and having the opportunity to pick my own lunch time (up to 90 minutes) whenever I want to is the best part.
