Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Great benefits. I wish they offer more for tuition reimbursement but still overall benefits are good.

The perks at Progressive are great. You can get discounts on your fitness membership if you go an "x" amount of times to the gym. Health Insurance is descendant for what is out there nowadays. The Health Insurance is with Aetna. Vision Insurance is through VSP and dental is also through Aetna. I believe you can accrue about 17 days of vacation in a year. You will have to request vacation through your supervisor and it is either approved or denied based on availability.

Good medical benefits, standard 80/20 plan with $500 deductible. Broad network of providers through the Aetna Network. $15 bonus per pay period for being a non smoker. Dental has a $2500 per year cap and covers most procedures. Vision coverage is excellent.

Best thing about benefits package is the 401k company match of 100% for the 6% of contribution. There is also a gain-share bonus program with a compensation of 0-30% of the base salary for senior and lead developers. The determination of the payout occurs through a gain-share factor which is a computed score based on company's performance and is between the value of 0 to 2. So far I have been with the company (about 8 years), the lowest gain-share factor has been 0.7 and highest of 1.8.

Company gives you vacation and sick time which increases after five years of employment. Location also had a gym that was mo cost to employees. You have access to the machines and classes most days and nights.
