PTO, if you are hourly you will earn a set amount per paycheck. If you are salary you will receive them upfront at the start of the year. They have pretty cheap dental and vision and they are pretty good. I paid nothing out of pocket to get the exam and the lenses with a $250 dollar frame. Only complaint is that they only have deductible plans and the low deductible is still a bit out of pocket.
