The best thing about time off is that they let you take an hour at a time or you can use your time off a week or two at a time as long as it goes through the approval process.

Pretty standard PTO plan, but they do allow you to roll it over annually, which is a lot nicer than some places that make you use it or lose it on an annual basis.
