It all goes into one bucket which is good and bad. The good is if your like me and rarely get sick ya get like 25 days off per year(goes up with tenure and I got a bunch). The bad is if you get sick a lot it can cut into those long vacations.

No sick days, everything comes out of your accumulated paid time off. You start with 14 days a year or so. You gain an extra day a year if a holiday falls on a weekend. Unused vacation time rolls over to the next year, up to 370hrs or so i believe.

You earn your time subsequent to each paycheck. That time increases as your seniority increases.

Vacation time is okay but rolled into PTO with sick time and all time taken off is hard to get approved. If you are sick, they still expect you to close claims.

You'll accrue a lot of vacation if you stay past 5 years. Troublesome part is getting it approved.

ETB is 5.5 hours every two weeks, HDHP premiums are very reasonable. Daycare subsidy and beautiful campus
