Just about 4 weeks of paid time off which begins accruing day 1. You can bank up to 8 weeks. You get an extra week of PTO at 5 years.

Really good vacation plan with the ability to bank your unused hours up to a total of 380 hours; nothing forces you take the time or use it, so once you bank the hours you can carry them for a bit.
