its hard to get off

There is no sick time. You only get 2 weeks paid time off, comes out to even less if you work 10 hour shifts. You have to work 5 years before you get 3 weeks. You have to work two mandatory holidays a year and they only pay 8 hours pay so 10 hour shifts lose money.

No complaints. Sick days and vacation are part of the same pool of earned hours. I am never hassled if I need to take a day for whatever reason.

Time off is fair. All in one bucket of time off that you earn as you go. Over time it increases. Starts off at 17 days a year.

about 17 days to start, then it increases up to 25 days a year after 5 years.

You earn about 5.6 hours off every paycheck.
