There is no sick time. You only get 2 weeks paid time off, comes out to even less if you work 10 hour shifts. You have to work 5 years before you get 3 weeks. You have to work two mandatory holidays a year and they only pay 8 hours pay so 10 hour shifts lose money.

about 17 days to start, then it increases up to 25 days a year after 5 years.
