Can't get into see Primary Care Physicians. Expensive for procedures. Dental plan is outdated and does not cover much.

Incredible health insurance, dental and eye coverage- although that should be expected for a health care company. The PTO accrual for full time employees was also quite generous

Competitive with most sustainable plans, deductible-centered. It's very good when you need it badly but when you use your insurance sparingly you'll pay higher out-of-pocket. I'm okay with this personally because I believe that's the best model of insurance available on the markets right now.

The medical benefits are comprehensive, but expensive. Monthly costs are moderate but deductibles and out of pocket costs are high. Mist procedures and visits require a two-stage approval process. Not that unusual, but not fantastic for a company whose business is healthcare.
