The flexible spending account has a good amount added each year by providence, but not enough to cover that years deductible, it only covers about 1/3 of the cost. The other health insurance plans the money they give you to help the deductible is lost if not used by the end of the year. All have at least $2,000 deductibles for one person and their spouse.

The PPO benefit option for medical health insurance is better if you want to select your providers and having a HSA helps pay co-pays.

Liked the HRA and the $1400 you could earn annually to be applied to deductibles and copays for perscriptions or doctor appointments

Well it's a relatively low high deductible plan. Premiums are quite affordable, and it's pretty simple for all covered to get money to assist with about half the deductible each year. Chiropractic and alternative care are covered only after the deductible, unfortunately

Benefits are better than most individual policies ... Copay's, coinsurance and deductible along with bi-weekly premiums can be quite expensive.
