It's great to have a company willing to work with you based on your income. This past year, when the rates increased for family policies, which affected so many working parents, they decided to pay the difference to the INS Company and keep the previous rate offered. Now that was big of them to do. I was happy for the employee’s it applied to.
Sometime big wallets have even bigger hearts! :)

Health insurance was only good if you had a family. Didn't cover much forr single person.

Offered through Kaiser, gave us a card for $1,000 to pay for our copays and only paid $25 bi-monthly for coverage

Expensive health insurance. DMO dental which gives you limited coverage. If you don't get HMO health expect to pay 40% of your pay

You expected to pay to much for it and they did not even offer it until Obamacare forced the issue.

They give you a choice in plans so that you can choose the appropriate plan for your budget and family needs.

It's average with decent co-pays. $500 a month for a family of 4

Good insurance but the premium for a family is very high
