the best thing about the job training was how much everyone helped. what was also good was the patience everyone had.

Attention to detail and effort in training skill positions needs to be addressed by the company.

I was trained by a cake decorator who was in charge at the time plus the skills I learned prior. Training was effective, but needs to be applied to all management as well.

Publix did an amazing job at job training and allowed associates 2-3 days to have "Training" shifts.

Job training can vary from, specific, timely, and informative to here is the general thing we need done, you'll figure out the rest. depends greatly on available managers ideology and fellow employees level of knowledge and work ethic.
