Since it's high deductible, you have to learn to shop around, and the market isn't ready for that yet. It's hard to know how much something is going to cost you, but you know you'll never pay more than deductible out of pocket so it's not too bad.

With a high deductible plan, employees went from contributing very little each year to contributing thousands of dollars each year towards their medical and dental expenses. The benefit is being able to open up an HSA, but overall this does not outweigh the larger cost of the plan to employees.
