Hybrid model. People don't have to come in to the office unless their role requires them to be there for a particular function. So a small percentage are in-office all or out of the time. Most employees are "hybrid" meaning that they have to be nearby to come in for particular team meetings (occasional). Some people are allowed to be fully remote, but that's not the norm (yet?)
