Flex work environment for most staff

Hybrid model. People don't have to come in to the office unless their role requires them to be there for a particular function. So a small percentage are in-office all or out of the time. Most employees are "hybrid" meaning that they have to be nearby to come in for particular team meetings (occasional). Some people are allowed to be fully remote, but that's not the norm (yet?)

Flexible, nice to be able to work from the office and home.

You can work from wherever you need to--classified work requires on site.

Very flexible work from home policies

All contractors work from home except when required to travel abroad.

You really can do your unclassified work from anywhere. Only a few job titles (administrative assistant and research assistant) are not allowed or discouraged from working from home.

Being able to work at home is great.
