Different plans for part timers than full timers. Hard to get full time!

The health insurance is very reasonable although it is not available to all employees.

Pays for a lot. A lady had to have back surgery not long ago, and she had to only pay a couple hundred of the thousands that were required.
They also have vision and dental included in their plans, and it is a fraction of the cost on the 'market place'

Full and part time employees averaging over 20 hours per week can receive health insurance. Though it takes 1 year of work with REI to qualify. This is the policy since January 2015.
