Health Insurance

The health insurance is very reasonable although it is not available to all employees.

Insurance has a high deductible

Pays for a lot. A lady had to have back surgery not long ago, and she had to only pay a couple hundred of the thousands that were required. They also have vision and dental included in their plans, and it is a fraction of the cost on the 'market place'

Great when I started, but like most plans, coverage was decreasing while costs increased YOY

only provided really to full-time/managment

It's good. It's through Aetna.

Full and part time employees averaging over 20 hours per week can receive health insurance. Though it takes 1 year of work with REI to qualify. This is the policy since January 2015.

I am nut sure about the health care as I did not work enough hours to qualify.
