Sample sales are an amazing opportunity to get RH items for a fraction of the price.

40% off anything is a great deal for a store so expensive.

The Employee discount is great if want to spend a lot of money furnishing your entire home majority in RH products because 50% off plus you can receive a special 5 year no interest RH Credit Card for being an employee. The 50% off though is off of the Regular price so really is only 25% off what the public receives with the Membership Program. The discount only applies to select items as well, for example the coffee table books do not qualify for 50%.
