Employee discount seems nice at first glance with employees getting 50% off of full-priced items and 60 months to pay items off, but then you realize what the company is actually paying for these items you feel ripped off.

50% All items, 20% on sale items

It is still expensive even with the discount. Although the sample sales were a great benefit.

50% off discount is a great company benefit

40% off was a great perk to working there!

40% off full price or 20% off sale prices.

Discount needs to 50% but still too low for the cost of RH merchandise.

At 40% of original price in 2014, not sure about current employee discount.
