The premiums are reasonable, but the traditional PPO is shockingly expensive to use considering how profitable this firm is. I've had way better, both in consulting and in the Fortune 500. There are no co-pays on the traditional PPO. Even doctor appointments count against the deductible. Going to the doctor for a cold or the flu? You'll pay for the entire office visit if you haven't met the deductible, which every year seems to creep up. Then when you couple this with the fact that the firm has been gradually reducing bonus programs and other cash benefits in the last couple of years, which are not rich to begin with (again I've had way better), a less flattering picture of RSM emerges.

$10,000 infertility lifetime limit - it's generous to have it at all but in reality not enough to cover even one round of IVF

Health insurance good; however, the company provides salary increases in October. Then in January, they raise the premium the amount of the October salary increase. For example, a 2% salary increase in October and a 2% health insurance premium increase in January.

Health insurance was a little bit on the expensive side, but there are three options to choose from.
