Job Training

They train everyone in a position for at least 1 shift

The job training was watching 4 hours of training videos in a room by myself that basically repeated a lot of the same things. It's hard to remember it all when its thrown at you, and the rest of the training is done on the floor by other cast members you are working with.

They had paid training but it was not thorough at all.

Hands on and interactive on the job training. Learning from people who are doing this job everyday and learn techniques perfected by employees over time.

Everyone's training varies dependant on the time they were hired. I was trained well in concessions but then was thrown on floor and had to figure things out for myself

They train you well for what the job entails.

Hit or miss with the job training. They have you read the requirement but never truly sit you down and tell you the rules all the time. Also the employee they pick to train you can affect you because not all of them explains things the right way. They basically don't explain a whole lot to you because I figured most of it out on my own, which isn't ideal.

Week long extensive training, but I was hired for a grand opening

Once a year prof. dev. limited to a handful of eligible candidates.
