Only 20% off . When the company wanted the sales to show to the stock holders to be stronger, they would offer the employees 30% off.

Best: we get 20% all the time and quarterly get an associate day where we get 30% off. No negatives :)

30% off or sales price, whichever is greater

20% off, which sounds nice and all but if something is on sale you only get the better of the sale price. So you don't get the ad sale price and the 20% together.

The employee discount is pretty good. You get 20% for you and your family and on certain times of the year you get 30% but it doesnt apply to sales items. The employee discount needs to be more flexible.

20% off is a good deal, i.e. as seen on tv products are the same everywhere you go so totally awesome to get 20% or 30% off on stuff like that. They FREQUENTLY have things go 50-75% off and of course being an employee you will have an edge on purchasing stuff like that. 30% off quarterly. As a customer there are ways to earn 20% off or even 30% off sometimes, so I think they are VERY good about their prices/sales/discounts to all.

The employee discount was the same as the gold tier level discount customers may earn in any given year. The only benefit of the employee discount is the quarterly employee discount of 30% off for 1 day.

The employee discount is 20% the same as a loyalty member who has spent $1000 for the year
