Health Insurance

Health insurance is ok but very expensive for a family plan.

Under the union, the copays are zero but in order to even qualify you need to meet a certain amount of averaged hours weekly which is not beneficial to those holding part time positions

Pretty standard Insurance, But i haven't had to use it much.

I would be of Greater help to management of all levels for a greater employer involvement in payment of regular insurance

The coverage is decent, and premiums are fair compared to some other plans I've browsed. The enrollment period is short, however, and a large fee is charged for adding a family member who is offered coverage through their own workplace.

Same guidelines and most companies

Best thing is it was available, worst thing is it's cheap.
