Under the union, the copays are zero but in order to even qualify you need to meet a certain amount of averaged hours weekly which is not beneficial to those holding part time positions

The coverage is decent, and premiums are fair compared to some other plans I've browsed. The enrollment period is short, however, and a large fee is charged for adding a family member who is offered coverage through their own workplace.
