Upon hire (1st yr. Accrued based on month of hire) 2 weeks vacation, so plenty of time off with opportunity for additonal time off earned after serving "X" amount of years - 5 yr. Tenure: 1 week, 10 yrs. 1 week and so forth. You also receive 1 week sick time and 2 floating days (a day off for your birthday and a day off for your work anniversary - not required to use the 2 floating days on those specific days).

An extra week will be added once you turn five years in the company...

You get about 2 weeks when you start with 5 sick days. As you work longer you max out at 4 weeks.
