When I joined the company, it matched 6%. By the time I left, it match 3% at 100%, 4% at 80%, 5% at 60%. Plus you had to wait 5 yrs to be fully vested. I'm now with a company that matches 10% at 100% and I'm fully vested the day I became an employee.
