Health insurance is fantastic. I've been to the hospital where the intake person said "wow, that is one of the best plans I've ever heard of." WorkLife department is extremely helpful with life events and guiding towards ways to find support.

The health insurance is amazing. It's inexpensive, with low deductibles and out-of-pocket maxes, and newly expanded mental health benefits. Sick days aren't counted against PTO, which means you get a real vacation even in a year you've been sick a lot. There are free drinks and snacks in the office, and subsidized lunches in the (really good!) cafeteria. The work/life group does a great job of addressing family challenges such as learning disabilities, eldercare issues, teenage issues, college searches, etc.

Awesome benefits! Really good benefits for working parents. SAS has a healthcare center on site that is free for employees - huge benefit!

The benefits are great and are constantly being updated to be better. Mental health days are now eligible to be sick days.
