It’s easy to take the benefits for granted but after speaking with friends at other companies, SAS still has an edge in the benefits they offer us. The perks are better if you work near campus, but the medical coverage is phenomenal. We have an onsite pharmacy, gym, subsidized meals, and generous time off.

401k & great insurance coverage! Now that things are virtual no perks like subsidized meals or gym. I wish SAS would've transformed their benefits to be more innovative with the shift to WFH.
