Comprehensive health care that you don't pay for--they pay for you. Your family's medical is subsidized and very reasonable. Full fitness facility including pool on campus. Healthcare on campus. Daycare on campus-but only if you get them in as newborns. Worst: daycare. It's a tease because they do not have enough spaces for nearly the number of children in the Cary campus. If you don't get in as newborn, you never will. Summer camp also is a tease. Don't bother expecting to use either benefit.

Worst-it takes a long time to make it to the next vacation tier. 90% of all benefits are geared to families with small to school age children. If you are older with no kids or an empty nest there are little to know benefits which relate to you or your lifestyle. It is not the "great place" to work it once was.

The health insurance is top notch, the on-site health care center is so convenient, and the cafes serve great food at 2/3 the price you pay out at a restaurant. You can get a great lunch for $5-6.

Wide range of benefits available from day one. There is no copay at the on-site medical clinic which is great.
