SAS benefits

Pay. Especially for young consultants joining the company the pay is way below industry average. They recently made an effort to match it to the industry average but it was big joke when they told the employees about the pay raise. Most of the people I work here think the same way and lot of us are ready to leave the company for better opportunities.

The benefits package at SAS is comprehensive and the best I have every had. And they keep adding new benefits each year.

The overall benefits package is great. Can't beat the health benefits including dental and vision.

I am an intern, and thus all the benefits that are usually associated with the company don't really apply to me, but there is still access to a lot of benefits that interns would not find in other companies.

Benefits, work culture and environment.

The benefits package is great if you live near company headquarters. On campus there is a wealth of things in which you can participate including gym, pool, health center, daycare and much more.

Many of the benefits advertised by SAS are only applicable to those working at corporate headquarters in Cary, NC. Only the healthclub membership is compensated for when working in a regional office.

The health insurance provides excellent coverage and appears to be better than other company insurance. Over the years, however, the coverage has been reduced to save costs.
