It is a one-hour training, but already at work it is the supervisor who guides when he is a new employee.

I was lucky to land with Dave Lyons Team. Dave had excellent people skills. He really worked had to train us and to be very efficient and clear in his communication. so when we arrived in the store, he took a moment to explain the duties of the day, every thing was clearly marked. Example: Crackers moves to aisle 5, baking goods goes to aisle 10. He would assign our areas and check in as we worked. He would say this moves "As Is" this other one must be reset to schematic.
