Overall, benefits from SGS is not too bad, but as it is a worldwide big company it could have provide much better benefits.

Not the world's best package at all. SGS is a huge company with diversified operations from food to automobile throughout the world.

Monthly safety points turn into money. 401k, a pension plan, health insurance, company holidays. All in all benefits are nice.

Start with 2 weeks time off, slowly add on more days as you stay with the company longer. Average 401k, health insurance (not with BCBS), and dental.

Nothing negative to add. They try to do a good job and communicate with their hires on a regular basis. Health insurance 401K, vacation and time off was average.

Horrible, ultra-high deductible health insurance, really only good if you have terminal cancer. Standard 401K. Great PTO, even in year 1.

great to get your foot in the door in an industry, but poor salaries over time. One of the few companies still offering a pension, but who makes it to 20 yrs at a company any more - especially when you salary is no incentive to stay.
