It is a pretty solid benefits package all-around. The health insurance is fantastic, with the majority of it being paid for by the company. Additionally, dental and vision insurance are available as well for an extremely low cost. They also offer a 401(k), life insurance, pet insurance, HSAs, vacation/sick days, a WFH stipend, a hybrid schedule for most employees, money for snacks every quarter from the pantry area, monthly company socials during work hours, end-of-the-year holiday parties, and a week-long shutdown of the company between Christmas and New Year's.
