The the worst thing about benefits is that you do not have performance bonus, the rest of the benefits are good

There are a lot of benefits available and offered, but very low level of coverage and a considerable amount of out of pocket expense.

Decent base pay. Small company match for 401k. Executive bonuses cash only - no real motivator for retention. Health insurance administered poorly by central management. Very short maternity leave. Inflexible on telework. Little flexibility to negotiate for additional vacation after being hired - make sure to negotiate up-front! Confusing and inconsistent sick leave policy.
