401K Plan

Not really much to say about their 401k plan. It's standard, I think there is dollar for dollar match, but I have to check to really know for sure.

The 401k plan is great. I would recommend every employee start contributing at least 3% of their paycheck to their 401k. If you leave and find another job, you can transfer your 401k and keep earning for your eventual retirement.

It builds up if you can stand working there for years.
