401K Plan

Pay is so low that only management can afford to chip in to 401K

They match up to 4 or 5% off your income, up to 1800/year I believe. Nothing amazing, but still better than similar retailers.

Good options for 401k. You can choose how much you want to take out of each check. They offered your typical benefits for 401k, Easy to keep track of and change options.

It is better for those that are veterans to this business or higher in management. It is NOT ideal for those that are part-time or min-wage. Unless you are applying for a store manager or district manager, then I do not recommend their 401K Plan, as you will barely make enough for non-discretionary funds.

I have just began to get the 401k plan but I get reimburse what I put into it every year so that's a plus. I don't have any cons to give.
