Everyone starts to accumulate day you start.

With Sick Days, you better have a doctors Packet or book, a note is NOT acceptable, they want to know why your sick how you got that away, and how long your going to be out. they need to know all the medicines your on or where given, the dosage, and how your able to go back to work now. If the information isnt what your hiring manager expects you will be told that you need a better doctors not, and that not acceptable.

You must have a Dr's excuse even of you miss 1 day in 3 months.

Too difficult to get approved time off.

Co-workers are great but they work everyone very hard and short staff.

Its not cool that you have to get the GM's approval to use sick days and be in the hospital to use these. Ive literally shown up to work throwing up with no voice and with a fever n worked a 9 hour shift and told oh well. I was not allowed to use a single sick day when i called out the following two days and was warnned not to call out again or it would weigh on my job stability.
