Pension is gone. Employer match for the 403b has been severely cut. Health insurance gets worse every year. You get a ton of PTO that you'll lose because you can't take it. Benefits are a total joke now.

PPO and High Deductible plan (with HSA) is what is offered for health insurance. The Vision and Dental insurance products offered are top notch.
