There are 6 confusing options that if you track yourself through the year with health activities the worst level of health insurance premiums is free for you and only you. The most expensive and sensical one for someone with a chronic illness and a spouse is 440 biweekly.

Solid healthcare options at reasonable rates. PTO is pretty standard but there is also bereavement and maternity/paternity leave policies. Company is generally very flexible and accommodating and also hosts a couple company-wide parties each year. Only knock is 401k match could be better.

ScriptPro has been flexible with return to work vs. work from home in this post-COVID time. They have listened to employees, and while the management team values and provides many opportunities for in-person interaction, they also allow for work from home for many employees. They also have a $0 cost individual health insurance plan option based on meeting certain criteria. ScriptPro definitely promotes employee health and well-being opportunities throughout the year. It would be nice to have a higher % match on the 401K and some employer-provided HSA contribution.

Insurance is great but kind of expensive when you add family. Good work/home balance

401k match is okay but not great. Good health, dental, and vision insurance. PTO is average. Paid maternity and paternity leave.

They offer a lot of different health insurance plans to choose from, and the insurance carrier has a lot of doctors in network in the KC area. Also offer dental and vision insurance. The high deductible health insurance has really high max out of pockets - almost $7000 for an individual. Nice amount of paid holidays. PTO takes a while to accrue in your first few years, but get an additional week at 5 and 10 years of employment.
