No matching of contributions and limited investment opportunities. I am covered by the old pension that was discontinued and there is a huge pension disparity between the Sears legacy folks and those from Kmart. When the pension is fully funded, Sears beneficiaries can take a lump-sum distribution. Not so for Kmart participants.
