Used to be a fixed percentage off at time of sale. Now you get a percentage back in reward points, redeemable on your *next* purchase, that expire within 2 months. Very difficult to use.

Decent discount I guess, but you can't go for any clearance items unless they've been there a while so that customers can get at them first. Still, I've seen plenty of associates just hide them and wait a few days.
