Employee Discounts

I'm glad that we had an employee discount, which I rarely used since we had a sample store that was open year-round at the office.

It used to be you would get between 10 to 20% off the merchandise, but now they give you the discount in Shop your way rewards so that you buy something else with those points.

Used to have 20% off, but then they switched to 10% - 20% back in Shop Your Way Rewards points instead.

It was 10% off stacked on top of the percent off of what you were trying to buy AND you get the shop your way points with the discounts

It's a discount at all Sears locations.

There are very little benefits with this discount. You receive a minimal discount off of appliances, and an even small discount on other items. You are better off finding coupons and you'd get a bigger discount than the one they provide.

They recently changed the discount from percent off to SYW points back.
