An extremely annoying term of using the Sears employee discount is that the purchases made with the employee discount must be made using a Debit option or using a Sears credit card. Employees don't have the option to use their own personal credit cards to make purchases.

It's not much. You get your best discounts on fashions. Other items tend to be cheaper with the regular sale price
