An extremely annoying term of using the Sears employee discount is that the purchases made with the employee discount must be made using a Debit option or using a Sears credit card. Employees don't have the option to use their own personal credit cards to make purchases.

10% is pitiful. Standard retail markup is 20%, they have to make that extra 10% profit off their employees.

It's not much. You get your best discounts on fashions. Other items tend to be cheaper with the regular sale price

Employee discount is decent because there are many times you can find something on sale for a competitive price and receive your discount on top
