Employee Discounts

The discount is nice but it ius only on certain things. Does not apply to sales or certain items.

The discount is great, especially for large ticket items. Sometimes, though, it can be confusing based on the different percentage amounts on different types of product. One other way the company helps you save money is that employees are eligible to win sweeps on our Shop Your Way site, which is often in points that can be used as cash to purchase product. This is a nice perk. Downside to the discount is that it has some pretty stringent rules. You can't use a non Sears credit card and get your discount or any other payment method besides cash or gift card. It also renders most coupons useless, so you often have to choose between the coupon and the associate discount.

5-10% discount and not always honored. Other discounts that everyone else get are typically better so you use those instead of the employee one.

10% on tools, large appliances, household good and things, 20% on clothing and on friends and family you get that discount twice!

20% discount on most of the items in store

The employee discounts really work best for the employees when the store items have gone on sale or clearance.

The discount was decent, but the prices in store are so high it makes things not worth it, and of course it isn't available on clearance items, but the sales were better than the discount usually, so it worked out

10% off anything in the store, 20% off clothing

The associate discount is great because you get 20% off in clothing and 10% off everything else in the store. Levis are expensive and you can get them at a great price.
