The best thing is the 20% apparel discount that applies to all purchases, even clearance items. In general, employee discounts for all purchases at Sears stores are above and beyond existing sale or markdown prices.

You get a discount on anything in the store but can not combine with coupons. This has changed over the years and each store is different on the actual policy and makes it very confusing

10-15% depending on items... thanks for covering my tax. Plus, you have to use a Sears card if you utilize credit. Otherwise plan on using your debit card.
