It was good it made a difference

Employee discount was not very high

You have the option to get 20% off softlines or 10% off hardlines.

Not a great discount.

I absolutely loved the discount not only did it work on full price items but it worked on sale and clearance items what a bargain! Was able to stock up on many things that way!

It's not very good because 10% is basically all you get off since almost everything is not considered a soft item with which you would get 20% off.

It was annoying that you could only have it linked to one card to use. If I wanted to use a credit card to purchase something, I wouldn't be able to use my discount since it was only linked to my debit card.

Employees get extra discount at Sears online and local stores! It includes Sears, Kmart, Shop your way and Craftsman.

It's only 10%, and you are not allowed to use any coupons or Shop Your Way points to your purchases. Also, if they think your employee discount is too much of a "deal," they will literally only take tax off. Not a joke. Cashiers would ask each other to ring up items using their employee discount card to see if they'd even get the 10% off or if it was going to decide to only give them the tax off. Absolutely ridiculous.
